Shipping destinations
Meridian Quiet currently ships to the following destinations:
- Japan
- United States, excluding California and Vermont
- Canada, excluding Manitoba, Québec, and Saskatchewan
- Australia
Orders with a shipping address in an excluded jurisdiction cannot be accepted.
If an order is accepted due to a technical or checkout error for a destination we do not currently serve, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded before shipment.
Available destinations may change as legal, regulatory, logistical, or carrier requirements change.
Shipping origin
All orders are shipped from Japan.
Processing time
Orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during Japanese public holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
Any delivery date or transit time shown on our website, at checkout, or in a shipping confirmation is an estimate only unless expressly stated otherwise.
International delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal or courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, duties, taxes, and import charges
Orders are shipped internationally from Japan.
Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and similar charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, postal operator, courier, or other third party are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable import requirements in their destination.
We do not falsify customs declarations, declare merchandise as a gift when it is not a gift, or intentionally understate the value of an order.
Address accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If you notice an error before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Undeliverable or refused shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered, was refused, or applicable import charges were not paid, any refund or reshipment will be considered after the item has been returned to us and inspected. Additional shipping or return charges may be deducted or charged where permitted by applicable law.
配送対象地域
Meridian Quietでは、現在以下の地域への配送に対応しています。
- 日本
- アメリカ合衆国（California州およびVermont州を除く）
- カナダ（Manitoba州、Québec州およびSaskatchewan州を除く）
- オーストラリア
配送対象外地域の住所を指定したご注文は、お受けすることができません。
技術上またはチェックアウト上のエラーにより、当店が現在対応していない地域からの注文が受け付けられた場合、発送前に注文をキャンセルし、全額を返金することがあります。
配送対象地域は、法令、規制、物流事情、配送業者の要件その他の事情により変更される場合があります。
発送元
すべてのご注文は、日本から発送します。
発送準備期間
ご注文は、決済が正常に確認された後、通常5営業日以内に発送します。
日本の祝日、注文集中時、悪天候、配送業者の運行障害、その他当店の合理的な管理が及ばない事情により、発送準備に通常より時間を要する場合があります。
送料
適用される送料は、ご購入手続きを完了する前にチェックアウト画面に表示されます。
配送日数
当店ウェブサイト、チェックアウト画面または発送確認メール等に表示される配送予定日または配送所要日数は、明示的に保証されている場合を除き、あくまで目安です。
国際配送では、通関手続、現地の郵便・配送業者の運行状況、天候、祝日その他当店の管理が及ばない事情により、配送に遅延が生じる場合があります。
関税、税金および輸入時の費用
ご注文の商品は、日本から海外へ発送されます。
チェックアウト時に明示的に徴収される場合を除き、配送先国、税関当局、郵便事業者、配送業者その他の第三者により課される輸入関税、税金、通関手数料、ブローカー手数料、取扱手数料その他これらに類する費用は、商品価格または送料には含まれておらず、受取人の負担となります。
お客様は、配送先に適用される輸入要件を遵守する責任を負います。
当店は、税関申告について虚偽の申告を行わず、商品を実際には贈答品でないにもかかわらず贈答品として申告したり、注文金額を意図的に過少申告したりすることはありません。
配送先住所の正確性
ご注文前に、配送先住所が完全かつ正確であることをご確認ください。
発送前に住所の誤りに気づいた場合は、できるだけ早く当店までご連絡ください。注文処理または発送後は、配送先住所を変更できない場合があります。
お客様が提供した住所の誤りまたは不備により追加の送料等が発生した場合、適用法令により別段の定めがある場合を除き、その費用はお客様の負担となる場合があります。
配達不能または受取拒否となった配送
配達不能、受取拒否、または適用される輸入関税その他の費用が支払われなかったことにより商品が当店へ返送された場合、返金または再発送については、商品が当店へ返送され、その状態を確認した後に検討します。
適用法令で認められる範囲で、再発送に必要な送料、返送料その他の追加費用をお客様にご負担いただくか、返金額から差し引く場合があります。
