Vintage condition

All items sold by Meridian Quiet are vintage or pre-owned unless expressly stated otherwise.

Age-related wear is part of the nature of vintage jewelry. Product descriptions and photographs form part of the condition disclosure, and customers are encouraged to review all photographs carefully before purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the exact composition of metals and other materials has not been independently tested.

Our vintage costume jewelry is intended for adult use and collecting and is not intended for children.

Returns for change of mind

You may request a return for change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

For a change-of-mind return:

• the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received;
• all components of a set must be returned together;
• the item must not have been altered, repaired, damaged, or otherwise materially changed after delivery; and
• the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for arranging suitable tracked return shipping.

Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.

If a returned item is not in the same condition in which it was received, and its value has been reduced due to inadequate return packaging, use, alteration, repair, damage, missing components, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the reduction in value from the refund.

Any adjustment to the refund amount will be determined after assessing the condition of the returned item and the extent of the reduction in value.

Refunds for approved change-of-mind returns will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items

If an item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe the item materially differs from its product description, please contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs where reasonably possible.

If the item appears to have been damaged during transit, please retain the item, any detached components, the inner packaging, and the outer shipping carton until the matter has been resolved. These materials may be required to assess the cause of damage or to submit a claim to the carrier.

We will assess the nature and extent of the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

For minor damage, this may include repair guidance, repair, or reimbursement of reasonable repair costs.

For more significant damage, remedies may include a refund, replacement where available, partial refund, return and refund, or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances and any rights available to you under applicable law.

Because many Meridian Quiet items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, an identical replacement may not be available.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer protection law.

In particular, customers in Australia retain all rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

ヴィンテージ商品の状態

Meridian Quietで販売する商品は、特に明記がない限り、ヴィンテージまたは中古品です。

ヴィンテージジュエリーには、その性質上、経年による摩耗や使用感が見られる場合があります。商品説明および掲載写真は商品の状態説明の一部を構成しますので、ご購入前にすべての写真をよくご確認ください。

特に記載がない限り、金属その他の正確な成分について独立した成分検査は行っていません。

当店のヴィンテージコスチュームジュエリーは、成人による使用および収集を目的としており、子ども向けの商品ではありません。

お客様都合による返品

商品到着後14日以内であれば、お客様都合による返品を申請いただけます。

返品をご希望の場合は、商品を返送する前に当店までご連絡ください。事前のご連絡なく返送された商品については、返品をお受けできない場合があります。

お客様都合による返品については、以下の条件が適用されます。

• 商品は、受け取った時と同じ状態で返品してください。
• セット商品の場合は、セットを構成するすべての商品をまとめて返品してください。
• 商品到着後に、加工、修理、破損その他の重大な変更が加えられていないことが必要です。
• 返品送料はお客様のご負担となり、追跡可能な適切な配送方法をお客様ご自身で手配していただきます。

お客様都合による返品の場合、適用法令により返金が必要な場合を除き、当初の発送時にお支払いいただいた送料は返金対象外となります。

承認された返品については、返送商品を受領し、状態を確認した後に返金手続きを行います。

お客様都合による返品について、返送された商品が受領時と同じ状態ではなく、返送中の不適切な梱包、使用、加工、修理、破損、部品の欠損その他お客様側の事情により商品価値が低下している場合は、その程度に応じた合理的な金額を返金額から差し引くことがあります。

返金額の調整を行う場合は、商品の状態および価値の低下の程度を確認したうえで決定します。

破損、誤配送、または商品説明との重大な相違がある場合

商品が破損した状態で届いた場合、注文とは異なる商品が届いた場合、または商品が説明と重大に異なるとお考えの場合は、速やかに当店までご連絡ください。可能な範囲で、注文番号および商品の状態が確認できる写真をご提出ください。

輸送中に商品が破損したと思われる場合は、問題が解決するまで、商品、外れた部品、内装材および外箱を保管してください。これらは、破損原因の確認または配送業者への補償請求に必要となる場合があります。

問題の内容および程度を確認のうえ、適用法令に従って適切な対応を行います。

軽微な破損の場合は、修理方法のご案内、修理、または合理的な修理費用の補償をご案内する場合があります。

より重大な破損の場合は、状況および適用法令上お客様に認められる権利に応じて、返金、代替品の提供、部分返金、返品・返金その他の適切な対応を行います。

Meridian Quietでは一点物のヴィンテージ商品を多く取り扱っているため、同一商品の代替品をご用意できない場合があります。

本項は、適用される消費者保護法令により排除することのできない権利または救済を制限するものではありません。

本返品ポリシーのいかなる規定も、適用される消費者保護法令により排除、制限、または変更することのできない権利または救済を排除、制限、または変更するものではありません。

特に、オーストラリアのお客様には、Australian Consumer Lawに基づき認められるすべての権利および救済が適用されます。
